It includes national-level objectives, recommendations and actions for key stakeholder groups, an implementation plan, and associated targets or indicators for monitoring progress.\u00a0 The review and analysis of the PID landscape will support the implementation of Ireland&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/norf.ie\/national-action-plan\/\">National Action Plan for Open Research 2022-2030<\/a>, specifically in is action to &#8220;<span>develop a national roadmap for the adoption of a range of Persistent Identifiers according to international best practice, such as ORCID, DOIs, RAiDs and ROR identifiers.
